Giving thanks and putting on the love

On this Thanksgiving day, I am so grateful for the abundance of joy in my life, for my family, my friends and my faith.

I give thanks for all of my blessings, large and small, those that bring me smiles and laughter, and especially those that are disguised as challenges and grow me into a better person.

And I still have to pinch myself sometimes that I am able to connect with all of you, dear readers, via this blog, as we share how to build stronger and more satisfying relationships in our lives.

I echo the sentiments in the card above to each of  you who blesses my life with your presence: By the wings of a dove I send you my love!

Colossians 3:12-14

New International Version (NIV)

12 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. 13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14 And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
